Caroline Kealey is nationally recognized for her thought leadership in strategic communications. The creator of The Results Map^TM tool for designing communications strategies, Ms. Kealey brings the experience of having crafted more than 300 strategies over the course of the last 15 years.

With extensive knowledge of and insights into professional communications for both the public and private sectors, Ms. Kealey has established a successful practice in the area of training and workshop facilitation. Fluently bilingual, she is a core trainer and curriculum designer for the Canada School of Public Service and also delivers customized workshops, presentations and retreats across Canada. She has taught at the University of Ottawa, The Canadian Institute, the Canadian Public Relations Society and the federal government's National Communicators Conference.

Ms. Kealey is a winner of a Top 40 Under 40 Award, as well as several provincial and national awards for communications and marketing strategies. She has also published nationally and internationally on topics such as Web Strategy, social media and results-based strategic communications planning.

Ms. Kealey holds a B.A. with Highest Honours in Communications, an M.A. in Canadian Politics, and has specialized training in organizational development, coaching, evaluation and Web communications.
