About Ingenium

Ingenium Communications is a boutique firm working at the intersection of strategic communications and change.

Offering consulting, training and facilitation services in communications planning and strategic transformational change, Ingenium is dedicated to bringing out the best in the organizations we serve.  Since our beginning in 2001, we have built extraordinary partnerships with our clients, working together to craft imaginative, thoughtful solutions that deliver measureable results.

We’re passionate about bringing more than just expertise and knowledge to our engagements – we are deeply committed to helping clients grow their own abilities, and in the process, feel empowered to raise their game.  This philosophy has guided our specialized practice in supporting and nurturing communications teams in their evolution toward becoming invaluable strategic contributors.

A cornerstone to our success is the Results MapTM, a best practice process we created to design strategic communications and change plans that work. The methodology has been adopted and applied by hundreds of teams world-wide, and is supported through online tools and the Results Map Handbook.

Working primarily in the public, association and not-for-profit sectors, Ingenium is a leader in the area of change communications, collaborating with clients as a trusted partner in executing transformational change and achieving the full intent of their initiatives. In 2016, the firm launched a new Institute for Strategic Communications & Change in partnership with the Centre for Continuing Education at the University of Ottawa.

Ingenium has earned an international reputation for excellence, having won numerous awards in business, service and communications results.  Most recently, we were recognized with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC)’s global Best of the Best Award in change communications.  In keeping with our goal of growing capability and capacity within our communications and change communities and beyond, we’re proud to share our insights through our published content such as the Results Map Blog and our white paper and best practice series.
